History

Originally founded as Johnson/Lindstrand Consulting, Inc. in 1990, the firm eventually split into Lindstrand Consulting and Johnson HR Consulting.

Bob Johnson and Matt Johnson headed up Johnson HR Consulting, Inc. focusing on total rewards plans and program design, working with a variety of organizations mainly in the greater Pacific Northwest.
